I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its well heated and brand-new room and top-class staff. Coffee, toast, and cakes provided for breakfast was TASTY. Had peaceful and great location by the taxi at one non-descript building out of which appeared a very effecious man. What's more, it was right by Santiago de Compostella, and the crossroad.

My stay at Hospedaje Jose Rey was exceptional. The staff, especially Juan, went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even met us in the middle of the road to assist with our luggage. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, and the value for money was unbeatable. We decided to take the bus into the city, and the bus stop was conveniently located just 100 feet away. It only took us about 5 minutes to reach the city center, avoiding the hassle of finding parking. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Great value for money, the room was clean and well-maintained. The location was peaceful and not in the center, which was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the owner who personally checked us in.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvements, maybe offering options like egg on toast instead of just cake and toast.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly hosts. TV with many channels. Proprietor and wife offered a ride to a late-night restaurant. Nice pool facility, though I didn't use it. Well-maintained and clean overall. Accommodating owners. Grandsons enjoyed pool, trampoline, and soccer facilities. Close to a large supermarket. Friendly staff, quiet and clean. Good wifi, nice breakfast. Pool to ourselves. Recommended bar with great food.

Great value for the price and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet suburb, making it easy to find parking and enjoy the country views from the rooms. There is also a bus that passes by the hotel and takes you to the main attractions for a low fare. Plus, the hotel staff is friendly and always ready to assist.
The indoor pool area was inaccessible and it would have been nice to hang laundry outside. The towels provided were old and worn, and there were limited dining options in the area.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel offered a secure storage facility for our luggage while we embarked on our Camino journey. the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy for us to travel to our starting point. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great value for the price.
The shower was a bit small and cramped, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. it was a bit confusing to find the reception as it was located separately from the parking and accommodation areas.

Excellent value for money. Room was cleaned daily. WiFi was great. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Supermarket and bus stops nearby. Good place to go running.
Location was a bit far from the city center and the bus station. No elevator. Steep stairs to reach the room.
